Our team has more than 50 years of cumulative experience in realization of customer-specific test systems such as for electric motors, gears, pumps, blowers, electromechanical components, frequency drives and propulsion systems.

Based on our long-term experience we advise our customers regarding test strategies and we work out demand analyses to ensure targeted investment plannings. Manufacturer, the repair industry, R&D institutes and engineering offices are our customers in industry and for automotive applications.

 Due to our strategic partnership with the RPT Ruhstrat Power Technology GmbH (www.ruhstrat.com) our customers have a contract partner with long-term experience in transformer and electrical technology being DIN ISO 9001 certified.

Design Circuit Diagrams are created with Eplan P8

Drive Technology AC test stand power supplies based on a frequency drive (in AFE technique with load drive), sine wave filter and isolated transformer. This set up allows variable voltage and frequency. DC supplies with battery simulation are also part of our supply.

Measurement Technology

Measurement Technology

The measurement technology includes systems for the measurement of electrical power, winding resistance, torque and speed, vibration, temperature, pressure and flow and others. The DAC and sensors are chosen depending on the required accuracy and they are integrated into the total concept.

Design Mechanical design drawings are created with SolidWorks.

Execution Basic frames are made of welded steel or aluminium profile systems. Base plates, clamping plates and adapters plates are made of cast iron or aluminium with surface

Automation and Software

Automation and Software

The automation software consists of a data acquisiton software and a control program. The data is collected in realtime, calculated, visualized and stored. Measuring tasks can be flexibly modulated by action plans. One important strength of the software is its easy operation due to a graphical tree structure. Online calculations are realized by a comfortable formula interpreter. Standardized test sequences can be provided flexibly through parameter tabulars.
